About the Role

The Mimoto team is taking on complex data problems. The Mimoto solution leverages a cloud-native architecture in AWS and open-source technologies including, but not limited to React, Java, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Docker, etc. 

We’re looking for a full-time, experienced Full-stack Engineer to:

• Scope technical projects across Mimoto products and systems 
• Own value delivery for new features and projects from end-to-end 
• Design, implement (write code), and test agreed-upon system applications
• Collaborate with developers to build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Continuously improve our engineering culture, including practices and processes 

Location:

Remote – US

The ideal candidate has:

• 1-3 years of experience with full-stack development and large-scale distributed systems 
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development 
• In-depth understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (design, development, and deployment) 
• Hands-on familiarity with AWS and programming languages such as JavaScript and Python
• Has both excellent programming and communication skills
• Has keen attention to detail and is comfortable with cloud services.
