Competitive Compensation & Benefits
We vow to pay every employee fairly. That means not asking our team to take deep pay cuts for the chance to work with us. We take everyone’s contribution seriously and offer competitive salaries and diverse medical, dental, and vision options to meet the needs of our team’s unique situations.
Depending on the role, our team members may be located anywhere in the world. As much as possible, we try to enable team members to work timeframes that fit their local time zone and work style.
Voting Rights Support
Mimoto is a member of Civic Alliance, a nonpartisan coalition of businesses united in their commitment to a thriving democracy. Among Mimoto’s official holidays are election days for team members who wish to volunteer at polling sites and otherwise to help ensure safe and accessible voting in their communities.
In addition to Mimoto’s company-wide holidays, employees in good standing may take unlimited PTO with their manager’s approval.
